Service Upgrades

CiteSeerX will be operating at reduced capacity the week of July 7th while we implement some major service upgrades.  Mostly, this will involve backend work to improve citation matching and data organization, but there will be several minor UI enhancements when we are finished.  Another announcement will appear when the process is completed.
